Published 07/30/2019

Home Health providers who selected Pre Claim Review (PCR) as their review choice as part of the Home Health Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) are reminded to ensure the Unique Tracking Number (UTN) is placed on their final claim for processing. Final claims submitted by providers who selected PCR that do not include a UTN will Return to Provider (RTP) and will need to be corrected before the claim can process.
