Please use the Railroad Medicare EDI Request for Enrollment Status tool. If you have a question about your status or do not receive a response about your status, please contact the EDI Provider Contact Center at 888-355-9165 or eChat from our EDI page to verify EDI enrollment. The "Chat Now" button displays when a representative is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
