Title: Website Navigation Quarterly Webinar
Date: Monday, September 29, 2025.
Time: 10 to 11 a.m. ET

Medicare providers have several informational resources readily available to them, but figuring out exactly where to go to find the information you are looking for is not as intuitive as it may seem.

Please join Palmetto GBA for a series of webinars dedicated to providing guidance on how to navigate and locate the information you are in search of.

The first webinar, held on March 31, 2025, will be dedicated to the Palmetto GBA website. On June 30, 2025, we will review the ins and outs of our provider portal, eServices. Join us on September 29, 2025, as we provide you with some instruction and tips for finding information on the CMS website. Finally, on December 29, 2025, we will provide you with a recap of all three resources along with any updates. Each webinar session is held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET on the last Monday of the month or adjusted for business needs as necessary.

Note: A NPI and PTAN are required to register. If you do not have a NPI or PTAN, enter 'N/A.' The event may conclude early if all content has been presented and questions have been addressed.

Audio for the presentation will be broadcast through your computer speakers or headphones. Please test your audio devices before the presentation begins.

Handouts and additional resources will be available in the resource icon once the webinar starts.

Surveys: We value your feedback and aim to continuously improve our services. Palmetto GBA is committed to sharing process improvements based on your feedback.
