Oral Anti-Cancer Drug (OACD) Fees

OACDs meet the requirements for coverage under the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA '93) and are billed using the National Drug Code (NDC) when submitted to the Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MAC). Fees for OACDs are subject to change on a quarterly basis. 

The creation and maintenance of Quarterly OACD fee files by the PDAC has been discontinued due to claims payment system modernization and enhancement efforts. To identify applicable fees for OACDs please reference the appropriate Average Sales Price (ASP) pricing files on CMS’s website for the specific drug information and fees.
