eServices: Eligibility Options Module

To protect beneficiaries from Medicare fraud, beneficiary eligibility information is being removed from our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems in the coming months.
Once disabled, providers and suppliers must check beneficiary eligibility through the eServices portal, billing agencies, clearinghouses, software vendors, or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Eligibility Transaction System (HETS).
