Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Billing and Payment Information

Medicare pays enrolled Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) bundled payments for opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment based on weekly episodes of care. There’s no copayment for OTP services for Medicare patients but the Part B deductible does apply. This CMS website provides more information about OTP billing and payment coverage.
